The e-procurement system (e-PS) is a web-based application, hosted at the Government Online Centre, that enables public bodies and suppliers to electronically conduct procurement proceedings. The e-procurement platform covers every stage from the identification of a requirement, through the tendering process, to award of the contract. The system is a means to can curb malpractices and promote fair competition from both local and international bidders.
